The same 85% chocolate as our bars, shaved into flakes. Melt into warm milk for a rich and indulgent hot chocolate with layers of Black Cherry, delicate Jasmine Florals and a warm finish of toasted walnut. Deeply chocolatey and smooth, ideal for the velvetiser or similar hot chocolate makers.
