This is the second bar in Pump Street's Double Origin Series and also an addition to their Bakery Series. The bar unites the mildly spiced, sweet Haiti 60% chocolate with two inclusions. Firstly the nutty, creamy crunch of caramelised organic British walnuts sourced from Sharpham Park in Somerset followed by the rich, decadent brownie pieces from their Bakery in Suffolk.
Continuing on the range from Pump Street's Madagascar and Sea Salt 55% bar, the wrap is illustrated by Suffolk based artist Annabel Pearl. For this bar she sought inspiration from Georgian botanical illustrations, depicting walnuts with their branches and leaves.
